A popular tapas restaurant and entertainment spot in South Norwalk Spanish-Mediterranean restaurant is opening a second location in Ridgefield.

Tablao Wine Bar & Restaurant has announced the grand opening Wednesday, May 22 from 4 to 10 p.m. at 426 Main St., formerly Fifty Coins. There will be complimentary Sangria, selected wine, and hors d'oeuvres. RSVP to info@tablaoridgefield.com

Chef Raul Gonzalez and owners Juan ‘Vinny’ Gonzalez, Galo Aleman, and Jose-Luis Contreras have created an intimate locale evoking the style and sensibility of a modern wine and tapas bar like you would find in Seville, Spain.

Tablao's menu features domestic and imported charcuterie, an array of tapas, entrées featuring market fresh fish and prime beef, as well as traditional family style paellas.

Wines come from across the globe, Spain and South America.
