Chef Raul Gonzalez and owners Juan ‘Vinny’ Gonzalez, Galo Aleman, and Jose-Luis Contreras have created an intimate locale evoking the style and sensibility of a modern wine and tapas bar like you would find in Seville, Spain.
Tablao's menu features domestic and imported charcuterie, an array of tapas, entrées featuring market fresh fish and prime beef, as well as traditional family style paellas.
Wines come from across the globe, Spain and South America.
